Andrew Brown
Managing Director
Andrew has over fifteen years of investing and transaction experience across a variety of industries. Prior to founding Texas Gulf Capital, Andrew was a Principal with H.I.G. Capital in its special situations investment group. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with The Sterling Group, a Summer Associate with McKinsey & Company, an Associate with Austin Ventures and an Analyst with Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division.
Andrew received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA with honors from Rice University.
